On August 23rd, a delegation of 11 people, including Michael Kruppe, the General Manager of the Shanghai New International Expo Center, visited the Greenland International Expo Center in Nanchang. They held a discussion and exchange session in Meeting Room 701 of the Expo Center. They were accompanied by Tiger Xiao, the General Manager of the Greenland International Expo Center, Sophia Xiao, the Operations Director, and Jianguo Qin, the Assistant General Manager and Safety Director.

At the beginning of the meeting, the delegation from the Shanghai New International Expo Center attentively listened to the introduction of the operational situation at the Greenland International Expo Center in Nanchang. Subsequently, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions and explorations on various aspects, including venue public relations management, budget management, peripheral traffic management during exhibitions, facility and equipment operation management, outsourcing supplier management, on-site safety supervision, and more. The discussions aimed to achieve mutual promotion and positive outcomes.

After the discussion session, the delegation from the Shanghai New International Expo Center visited the exhibition halls, boiler rooms, high and low-pressure equipment rooms, and other areas of the Greenland International Expo Center in Nanchang. On-site, the teams shared and discussed their respective management experiences.

Through this visit, the friendship between the two venues was further strengthened, providing valuable insights for both parties in the future management of exhibition venues. This visit also played a positive role in promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the exhibition industry in the Shanghai and Jiangxi region.
