Under the clear autumn sun and the gentle breeze, on October 27th, Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center organized team building activities and held an all staff meeting to fully implement the group's work requirements and spirit.

In the morning, the company organized team building activities with the theme "Together, We Are Extraordinary" at the front square. The activities began with lively ice-breaking games led by humorous coaches, engaging everyone and quickly immersing them in the team spirit. Laughter and cheers filled the square as participants bonded. Subsequently, participants were randomly divided into four teams. After a five-minute brainstorming session, each team created personalized team names and slogans on their flags, capturing creative team spirit in photos. Following this, teams cooperated closely to complete various challenge tasks such as tower building, frisbee carnival, and tug-of-war. With unified steps, mutual encouragement, and seamless coordination, teams successfully completed one task after another, with the "Unstoppable" team emerging victorious in the team competitions.

At 3:30 pm, the company held an all-staff meeting with the theme "Overcoming Challenges in the Fourth Quarter, Planning for the New Journey of 2024" in the 602 meeting room.

The meeting began with a presentation by Liang Jingjing, the Marketing Department Manager, on the "Jiangxi Consumer Expo -New Year's goods Festival" event plan. 

Subsequently, General Manager Xiao Jiahui delivered a concluding speech. General Manager Xiao comprehensively conveyed the spirit of the group's quarterly work meeting and outlined the guiding ideology, key measures, and plans for the fourth quarter of Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center in 2024. General Manager Xiao pointed out: 

1. Adhere to the original intention of seeking development for the enterprise and welfare for employees. Development is the core of the enterprise, and efforts should be made to act in the interests of the enterprise while treating employees well, strictly demanding while promoting stable development.

2. Adhere to the bottom line of providing quality service to customers. The main service department should have market awareness, actively "go out", undertake external business, gradually accumulate industry reputation; non-exhibition business should explore ideas, research and explore multi-format compound business models such as "exhibition + automotive life", "exhibition + night entertainment", "exhibition + trade", etc.; make a good plan for the layout of self-organized exhibitions in 2024, highlight the highlights, and create brand IPs.
