Recently, Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center is about to enter a peak period for exhibitions. During the "May Day" holiday, four exhibitions will open simultaneously (the First Jiangxi Employee Innovation Achievement Exchange Conference, the Second Jiangxi Cultural Industry Expo, the 2024 Nanchang International Auto Trade Fair and New Energy Vehicle Exhibition, and the Jiangxi Broadcasting & Unlimited Project Anime and Game Expo). Additionally, the 21st (2024) China Animal Husbandry Expo (referred to as "Animal Husbandry Expo"), with an exhibition area of over 180,000 square meters, will be held at the venue from May 18th to 20th.
To ensure that all staff fully understand the specifics of these exhibitions, improve the quality of exhibition services, and ensure the smooth running of the exhibitions, Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center held a mobilization and deployment meeting on the afternoon of April 24th for the 21st (2024) China Animal Husbandry Expo and the May Day "Four Exhibitions". All company employees and representatives of relevant external cooperation units attended the meeting.
First, Project Manager Ren Juan introduced the relevant details of the 21st (2024) China Animal Husbandry Expo, and the leaders of each working group for the Animal Husbandry Expo reported on their specific plans. Then, Operations Director Xiao Shuhong introduced the details of the May Day "Four Exhibitions" one by one, carefully planning and reporting on core measures such as personnel arrangements and service enhancements.
e Animal Husbandry Expo is the most important exhibition for Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center this year, and the simultaneous opening of the May Day "Four Exhibitions" is complex. All employees and external cooperation units must fully recognize the importance of successfully hosting the Animal Husbandry Expo and the May Day "Four Exhibitions", and must make every effort to ensure the smooth running of the exhibitions.
1.Ensure Safety:All staff must firmly establish safety awareness, always prioritize safety, implement various safety measures, and ensure safety in areas such as construction, fire protection, food, personnel, facilities, electricity, and emergency response. Safety checks must be strengthened before and during the exhibition to eliminate safety hazards and ensure zero safety incidents during the exhibition.
2.Enhance Quality: Complete all exhibition services with high quality, provide warm, sincere, professional, and detailed service, respond quickly, and offer services with care. Pay attention to service details, continuously optimize and refine work plans, and strengthen execution and assessment.
3.Strengthen Coordination: The exhibition center, external cooperation units, and the organizing committee are "one family." During the process of hosting the exhibitions, adhere to the principle of "unified command," efficiently collaborate, and work together to successfully organize the exhibitions.
4.Put in Full Effort:Be proactive in work, think ahead, and act early. Maintain strict discipline during work, follow instructions, pursue quality, and overcome complacency, avoiding laziness and slackness. Put in full effort to provide excellent service.
General Manager Xiao emphasized that quality service is the core competitiveness of the exhibition center.
