On December 20th, the 2024 China Green Food Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Green Expo") grandly opened at the Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center. Leaders such as Yu Chenghui, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Gansu Province, Lin Jian, Deputy Director of the Commerce Department's Center for the Promotion of Circulation Industry, Huang Xiaoyan, Deputy Director of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce, and An Baojun, Standing Committee Member of the Nanchang Municipal Committee and Deputy Mayor, attended and visited the exhibition halls.
The theme of this year's Green Expo is "Innovating Consumer Engines, Activating Green Momentum." The exhibition covers an area of 30,000 square meters, with more than 2,000 exhibitors participating. The range of exhibits includes a variety of products such as high-quality green foods from domestic and international sources, local specialty agricultural products, geographical indication products, and a series of food processing products. It provides a comprehensive feast of delicacies for the audience.
Domestic Pavilion: Feast on Special and Premium Delicacies
This year's Green Expo has attracted delegations from nearly 10 sister provinces and cities, including Inner Mongolia, Guizhou, Tibet, Fujian, Shenzhen, Gansu, Liaoning, and Guangzhou, to exhibit. The products on display are all unique to the local culture and include items such as Inner Mongolian beef jerky, Tibetan ginseng fruit, Dalian dried sea cucumber from Liaoning, and Yunnan Pu-erh tea. The 11 prefecture-level city delegations from Jiangxi have brought their local high-quality agricultural products and food, such as Gannan navel oranges, Ga'an tofu skin, Taihe black-boned chicken, Jinggang honey pomelos, Xinyu honey, Yiyang rice cakes, Jinxi tribute noodles, Fengcheng frozen rice candy, Lulong glass noodles, Shimen walnuts, Lidu sorghum liquor, and Wuyuan green tea.
International Pavilion: Experience Global Flavors
The International Pavilion showcases a variety of distinctive products from multiple countries and regions, including Serbia, Thailand, Hungary, Singapore, Romania, Malaysia, and Russia. These include chocolates, coffee, wines, spirits, desserts, tropical fruits, and more. It allows you to enjoy the world's delicacies and savor exotic flavors right at your doorstep.
Concurrent Events: Building Platforms to Promote Cooperation
This year's Green Expo focuses on "internationalization, specialization, marketization, and diversification" for an upgrade. Concurrently, it hosts several high-level industry conferences and forums, such as the China Green Food Expo Sales and Marketing Connection Meeting, Jiangxi Liquor Industry Distributors Development Conference, Investment Promotion Meeting - Guizhou Special Session, and the Thousand Cities, Ten Thousand Stores Supermarket Order Procurement Meeting. These events provide enterprises with specialized circulation industry platforms and expand the pathways for realizing the value of green food.
