On the afternoon of July 19th, the 2024 Semi-Annual Business Work Conference was held at the Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the work of the first half of 2024 and planned and deployed the key work directions for the second half of 2024. The meeting encouraged the Nanchang Greenland International Expo team to overcome difficulties and go all out to achieve the annual target tasks. All employees of the company attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the heads of departments such as Marketing, Home Field Services, Operations Services, Engineering Services, Financial Management, and Comprehensive Management summarized and reviewed the work situation in the first half of 2024, and reported specific measures on how to carry out the key work in the second half of 2024. After the reports from each department, Qin Jianguo, the General Manager's Assistant and Safety Director, presented the 2024 semi-annual safety work report.
At the end of the meeting, Xiao Jiahhu, the general manager of the company, delivered a concluding speech. Mr. Xiao provided a comprehensive summary of the company's work in the first half of 2024 and made a thorough deployment of the work direction, objectives, and key measures for the second half of 2024.
I. Full Speed Ahead, Performance Reigns Supreme. The marketing team must strengthen the development of non-exhibition business, follow up on the implementation of the 2025 national exhibitions, and summarize the bidding and landing of exhibition companies for the national exhibitions. Extract typical experiences to form the characteristics of the exhibition hall. The home service team must fully sprint towards business targets, sort out and improve processes and structures, strengthen staff training, and continuously enhance employee work capabilities. Marketing and home services must actively collaborate to ensure the achievement of the 2024 business targets.
II. Sustained Effort to Enhance Service. The operations team must continue to exert effort in improving service quality and safety guarantees, with practical measures to enhance services, improve quality, and ensure safety. Collect and organize on-site service issues, conduct regular training, and maintain the facilities and equipment of the exhibition hall.
III. Strengthen Control, Reduce Costs, and Increase Efficiency. In internal management, increase the intensity of audits, standardize internal work processes; strengthen the review and assessment of suppliers to achieve cost reduction and efficiency enhancement; increase supervision of work, improve the assessment mechanism, and lay a solid foundation for the healthy and stable development of the company.
IV. Focus on Management and Take Responsibility. The management team must take the lead, focus on specific work, address problems, and conduct in-depth research and special promotion. Departments should hold more work or business discussion meetings, brainstorming, and drawing on collective wisdom, going deep into the field, "walking into" the customer, and focusing on solving problems. Middle-level cadres should think and sort out their work, maintaining a sense of responsibility for every task and every moment, striving for excellence, and actively taking responsibility; all employees must improve work efficiency, finish daily tasks, and achieve daily progress.

The safety supervision office must implement safety measures, strengthen safety inspections, eliminate safety hazards, build a strong safety defense line, and safeguard the bottom line of safety.
