On the morning of September 22, The First Jiangxi Consumer Products Expo (JCPE), jointly created by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Nanchang Municipal People's Government, and the Jiangxi Daily Group, kicked off at the Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center. Leaders, including Ren Zhufeng, a member of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor, Zhuang Zhaolin, a member of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the Minister of the Propaganda Department, Rao Zhixin, Deputy Director of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce, Ding Xinquan, Deputy Director of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Wan Guangming, Deputy Secretary of the Nanchang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Huang Wanlin, President of the Jiangxi Daily Group, and Party Secretary, were present at the opening ceremony and later toured the expo.
The JCPE with the theme "Discovering Quality Products in Jiangxi, Buying Fine Products from Jiangxi," will run from September 22 to 24 at Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center in Halls A2 and A3, featuring over 200 exhibitors. The expo showcases a wide range of products, with thousands of Jiangxi's finest products and hundreds of imported goods on display. Leading companies from both inside and outside the province have come together to showcase their products, presenting popular products similar to those featured at the China International Import Expo (CIIE).
In the Jiangxi Pavilion, seven cities, including Nanchang, Ganzhou, Ji'an, Jiujiang, Shangrao, Xinyu, and Yichun, are displaying the achievements of their local trade, consumer goods manufacturing, advantageous industries, and preferential policies. In addition, top companies like Baidu, Jinkong Group, Guozidacheng, Lvziyao, Tao Xichuan, Wangxiangu, Xinli Property, and Gancha have gathered at the event. The Cultural and Tourism Exhibition Area brings together Nanchang Cultural and Tourism, Fuzhou Cultural and Tourism, Pingxiang Cultural and Tourism, Yichun Cultural and Tourism, jointly creating new cultural and tourism scenes and opening a new window for the integration of cultural and tourism consumption.
The "First Secretary Promoting Products" area, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Zone, and "One County, One Special Zone" section showcase the vibrant rural revitalization, the splendid development of industries, and the frequent highlights of technological innovation in Jiangxi. These sections contribute to the inspiring story of Jiangxi's progress.
Furthermore, heavyweight guests such as Ningbo Cross-Border E-Commerce and Greenland Global Commodity Trading Port are participating in the event. Greenland Global Commodity Trading Port has teamed up with over 10 countries and regions, including Argentina, Northern Europe, Spain, and Italy, to present nearly 300 imported products, including popular products and bestsellers, covering more than ten categories such as food and beverages, digital home appliances, beauty and personal care, leather goods, bags, home jewelry, and more. This initiative accelerates the gathering of overseas enterprises, brands, and products in Nanchang, creating a vibrant atmosphere for the JCPE and meeting the aspirations of consumers for a better life in the same time, promoting confidence and vitality in Jiangxi's consumption.
On the first day, Greenland Global Commodity Trading Port's rich display attracted the attention of on-site visitors, who stayed to make purchases.
"Placing the restoration and expansion of consumption as a top priority" is a major decision made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and is the top priority of this year's economic work. The Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government have deeply implemented the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, and have formulated and issued "Several Measures to Further Promote and Expand Consumption." The JCPE is the first large-scale consumption event launched in our province after the promulgation of these measures.
As the hosting venue, Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center fully utilizes its advantages to refine its service offerings, providing first-class support and services. It collaborates closely with the organizers to create a perfect platform for consumer exchanges for both exhibitors and visitors, fostering and expanding the Jiangxi Consumer Goods Expo together.
As an important public building for the development of the exhibition economy in Jiangxi, Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center is closely centered around the mainline of "driving industrial development and boosting consumption upgrading." Following the development concept of "introducing a batch of national exhibitions, creating a batch of industry exhibitions, and cultivating a batch of consumer exhibitions," it continually introduces and cultivates various exhibitions to enhance the influence of exhibitions in Jiangxi and boost the vigorous development of consumption in Jiangxi, adding new vitality to the high-quality development of Jiangxi's economy.
