01Learning and Improvement Activities
To precipitate and inherit the company's internal knowledge, skills, and culture, to build a learning organization, and to provide employees with opportunities for learning, growth, and display, the company and various departments carried out unique learning and improvement activities in the third quarter.
Book Sharing Meeting
A scholar's breath is from his books, and the fragrance of books can reach far. To create a strong atmosphere of "loving to read, reading good books, and being good at reading," and to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees for reading, on the afternoon of July 5, the company held the first book sharing meeting of 2024. On July 18 and September 6, the company organized the "Optimize Service, Improve Quality" series of online courses, including "Professional Etiquette Skills Improvement" and "Effective Communication and Inter-departmental Communication" training, laying a solid foundation for improving service efficiency and customer experience.
Fire Knowledge Special Training
