On April 29th, the Nanchang Federation of Trade Unions held the 2024 Nanchang May 1st Labor Award and Worker Pioneer Award ceremony, where Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center was honored with Nanchang's "May 1st Labor Award." The Nanchang May 1st Labor Award is the highest honor given by the Nanchang Federation of Trade Unions to enterprises, institutions, government agencies, and social organizations, recognizing those who have made outstanding contributions to the city's economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological civilization construction, as well as the Party's development.

Since its official operation in 2016, with the strong support and coordination of the provincial, municipal, and district governments, Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center has achieved significant development results. 2. Driving Urban Consumption Upgrades in Nanchang It is well known that the driving effect of exhibitions is significant, with a consumption pull ratio of "1 to 9." For example, during exhibition gaps, the occupancy rate of nearby hotels around Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center is less than 20%, but once an exhibition is held, it reaches 100%. During exhibitions, hotels and inns near the venue are fully booked. Well-organized exhibitions provide more opportunities for enterprises to exchange and display, driving the economic development of surrounding areas, including transportation, accommodation, tourism, catering, and social employment. For instance, the 81st China Educational Equipment Exhibition held from April 21-23, 2023, covering an area of 210,000 square meters, attracted over 290,000 visitors from across the country, setting multiple records in Jiangxi's exhibition history in terms of scale, participation, and driving effect, with consumption exceeding 2.3 billion yuan.
